Patihas's Delivery & Return Policy
Product Delivery
  • All parcels will be delivered in sealed boxes. Payment is required before parcel receipt.
  • Upon delivery, there is no option to inspect or return the product immediately. The delivery company’s sole responsibility is parcel delivery.
  • Many tech or gadget products, especially those battery-operated, may require 3-6 hours of charging before use. Therefore, product testing during delivery is not recommended.
  • For any issues post-delivery, please contact us directly.
  • We strongly advise customers to record a complete unboxing video as evidence in case of missing or incorrect items. If issues are found, please send this video to us for investigation and action.
  • In case of incorrect product delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Return Policy
  • Products with warranties (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) are eligible for return within 7 days of the invoice date if a fault is proven.
  • To initiate a return, customers must complete the Return Request Form with accurate information. Upon review and approval, we will provide instructions for product return.
  • Returns must be sent via Sundarban Courier, Pathao, RedX, E-Courier, or Steadfast to our designated address. Please note: SA Paribohon should not be used as they do not offer office delivery.
  • Products must be well-packaged, including all received items and the original box, without any tape on the product’s box. If the original box is unavailable, wrap the product in paper for proper protection.
  • Return requests will be denied if the product or box is damaged or not in resellable condition.
Exceptions for Return, Exchange, Warranty, and Refund
  • Warranty is void in cases of burn or physical damage to the product.
  • Warranty is void if the product’s intact seal or sticker is removed.
  • Warranty covers after-sales service only; no returns, exchanges, or refunds for dissatisfaction.
  • Scratched or damaged products do not qualify for warranty.
  • Accessories such as chargers or adapters are not covered under warranty.
  • Free gift items are not covered under warranty.
  • Compatibility issues with third-party hardware, devices, or software that are not part of the product’s default features do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
