Patihas's Refund Policy

Refund Conditions

Full refunds are provided for:
- Products unavailable or out of stock after payment
- Defective products leading to returns
For multi-product orders with unavailable items unlikely to restock soon, we’ll refund the cost of those items
Refunds for returned products depend on the item’s resellable condition

Refund Methods

Mobile Financial Services (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket): Refunds processed via the same MFS used for payment
Credit/Debit Card: Refunds processed to the same card used for payment
Cash: Refunds for cash payments processed accordingly

Refund Timeline

Refund initiation: Within 72 hours of approval
Credit/Debit card refunds: May take 5-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement
- If not reflected within this period, contact your card-issuing bank or email us at support@patihas.com with your order number

Refund Charges

No charges apply for standard refunds
For returns after courier handover or delivery:
- Within Dhaka: BDT 100 deducted
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 200 + applicable payment settlement fees deducted

Discounts and Offers

Cashback amounts from promotions (via Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, Visa, MasterCard, or Amex) are non-refundable
Example: For a BDT 1000 product purchased at BDT 900 with a discount, only the paid amount (BDT 900) is refundable
